The work of the faculty of Nursing recognises nursing as a highly specialist area of professional expertise which has profound and positive impact on the treatment, well-being and recovery of patients at the hospital. Our starting point is that nurses have the most interaction with patients from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave and they are responsible for significant aspects of treatment and safety.
