Paediatrics

We are recognised as one of the leading independent hospitals for paediatric care – looking after babies, infants and children. Home to a number of internationally recognised specialist paediatric consultants in cardiac care, neurosciences, cancer and general paediatrics - they are supported by dedicated multi-disciplinary teams of therapists, dieticians, pharmacists, resident doctors and specialist nursing staff.

The teams foster a warm and caring environment and every means of technical support is offered. The paediatric service is comprised of a 13 bedded Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, a 5 bedded High Dependency Unit, and a whole floor at ward level providing 18 individual rooms that supports paediatric care. There is also a bespoke Paediatric Oncology Day Care unit that offers support for our paediatric cancer patients.

Parents are therefore offered the security of knowing that their child is in safe hands whatever the situation or treatment.
